Bangkok [Thailand], August 24: According to the Bangkok Post, the Thai Flying Service charter plane took off from Suvarnabhumi Airport near Bangkok at 2:46 p.m. bound for Ko Mai Chee Airport in Trat province. About 11 minutes later, the plane lost contact with air traffic control and was later found to have crashed into a mangrove forest in Bang Pakong district, Chachoengsao province, about 100 kilometers southeast of Bangkok.
