Putin replaces Russian defence, security chiefs

Moscow [Russia], May 13: Russian President Vladimir Putin announced replacing Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu with Andrei Belousov, an economist.
Shoigu was appointed as secretary of Russia's Security Council, according to Sputnik.
